Specific Need
Our first-ever Match Day event last year made our Community Foundation and nonprofits more visible in our community and fostered a greater sense of pride in Valley Falls. Together our community raised over $200,000 from donations and grant money from the Patterson Family Foundation. Since this year (2024) is our second - and final - year to receive grant money from the Patterson Family, we need members of our community to step forward and provide our nonprofits with a different source of matching funds so that we can continue to Match Day events in the future. A gift to this fund will support many worthy causes and fosters hometown pride during future Match Day events.
