*Help fund multiple projects that are in-school and community based. 

*Help fund STAR Events (Students Taking Action for Recognition).

*Help fund STAR Event competition at the District, State and National levels.

*Help fund membeship scholarships for dues.

*Help fund Senior active member scholarships.

Mission

To promote personal growth and leadership development through Family and Consumer Sciences education.  Focusing on the multiple roles of family members, wage earner and community  leader, members develop skills for life through: creative and critical thinking, interpersonal communication, practical knowledge, and career preparation.  FCCLA and Family Consumer Science -FCS are co-curricular and work hand in hand to help our student grow.

Profile

Valley Falls FCCLA has been an active chapter for the past 35 years, with members pursuing excellance to compete at the National level for the past 18 consecutive years!  We certainly appreciate the support of the Valley Falls community and alumni. Watch for various activities such as: BBQ for each home Football game, helping at the Food Pantry, hosting the Annual Senior Citizen Holiday event, sponsoring multiple Food and Hygiene drives, help pick up leaves in the park, help with Holiday display, and willing to work for hire projects!
